Steaks from our own butcher’s shop – Master-business in the 11th generation
From single meat cuts, our kitchen team creates 4 different steak variations: the classic Tenderloin steak, Rump steak, the “Sirloin” and the Rib-Eye Steak. Furthermore, steaks from the popular Dry Aged Beef are also offered, which cures in our own meat-drying room. You can take a look at it right at the entrance of the restaurant!
