Paul’s Steak Stubn is the new venue in Salzburg for meat specialities from the “Simmentaler” Alpine cow and Angus beef.
Relax in our wonderful outdoor dining area with its shade-giving trees and beautiful arcades.
Steaks from our own butcher’s shop – Master business in the 11th generation
From single meat cuts, our kitchen team creates 4 different steak variations: the classic Tenderloin Steak, Rump Steak, the Sirloin and the Ribeye Steak. Furthermore, steaks from the popular Dry Aged Beef are also offered, which are cured in our own meat drying room – which you can see right at the entrance of the restaurant!

Our master butcher and owner Paul Santner and his team guarantee only the best cuts.
Innkeeper and Hotel Manager Margarethe Santner runs the Hotel Restaurant Walserwirt with the help of daughter Margarethe at the Front Office.
Son Paul Santner Junior – master butcher in the 11th generation – manages Marketing and Controlling.
